Occupational Therapy focuses on increasing functional independence, social participation, and quality of life. Legacy's Therapy can help residents with navigating their home and various environments, as well as assist with dressing, bathing, and hand function.
Speech-Language Pathology
Giving residents confidence with their communication
Communication is the key focus of our speech-language pathology professionals. This skilled rehabilitative intervention focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating disorders related to speech, language, social communication, cognition, and swallowing. Legacy's Speech-language pathologists also offer education to residents and caregivers to improve their overall health and well-being.
